Is it really that hard too live the life that you want? It can be. I mean first off you have to get a job, go to school or skip school and go stright to a job, All while growing up in the process. Then you do the relationship thing when you find the one, you might start the family thing. Sounds good huh?
Well for some of us its much harder to live life. We all have problems, but some have the worst kind of problems. Problems that prevent us from getting up in the morning, much less get a job. Difficulty getting through one day is a big challenge. Its hard for us to start a relationship. Forget moving on with one. We spend years in therapy and even longer taking medicaiton to help control us.
The "us" I'm speaking of is those of us with mental illness, emotional and behavioral problems. Those of us lucky enough to get help, we can be taught ways to deal with these thngs. Those not lucky enough, often suffer in silence and don't know what to do.
Living life with job, family and relationships and even school can be done by us -- with hard work, determination and the right kind of help.
The point of this is that it may look easy from the outside, but eventually you got to go in, and do what you have to do to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.

A Thank You Note
For the times you said ... "get well," "I miss ya"
For the laughts and caring ... words you've spoken
For your thoughts of me ... and especially your prayers
All of these things from you ... I have placed within my heart
So I express my appreciation ... with these words on this paper
As only I know how to share ... and tell you from my heart ...
... thank you.
