30-Days of Extreme Self-Care A self-study program to help you learn more about yourself through daily affirmations and journaling. Each day (for 30 days) you will have a word to focus on with an affirmation (based on Cheryl Richardson's Self-Care Cards). The journaling process consists of five questions:

  • What are my morning thoughts? Affirm what I want to focus on for today?

  • What acts of kindness will I extend to others today?

  • What current event/community activity do I have planned for today that will get me out of the house?

  • What does __________(word for the day) mean to me?

  • As it relates to my extreme self-care ... what am I learning?

Cost for the self-study is $50 ($US). This includes a workbook (44 pages) and you are encourged to e-mail me daily with your reflections on what you are learning with questions/comments. Start Today ..
