Schedule “YOU” time. Disconnect when you need 100 percent focus. Maintain a “to-do” list. Don’t be scare of technology. Say no. Be ultra responsive. Eliminate negative energy. Don’t put off the non-glamorous tasks. Address problems or issues immediately. Get physical (30 minutes every morning). Write everything down. Keep a schedule.
