Coronavirus
I wanted to take a moment and connect with you directly as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities. It is a sad and anxiety-provoking time for all of us in this growing uncertainty. I believe conscientious self-care and hygiene practices will be adequate to ensure our health, we can make adjustments to increase prevention. Refer to the CDC recommendations at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/downloads/workplace-school-and-home-guidance.pdf
Session changes: Your physical and emotional health are my greatest focus. Based on public health recommendations of social distancing, I will be moving to telehealth or phone sessions immediately to ensure you continue to have access to care, and that you don’t have to be concerned about possible exposure during your visits to the office for face-to-face sessions. This is a temporary policy until Monday, April 6th – for individual sessions.
If you are scheduled for an appointment the week of March 6th – we will meet face-to-face and discuss how our future sessions will be handled. DBT Group Sessions are cancelled until further notice. Please contact me if you have questions.
Embrace the moment ~ Be well and stay safe.

Patience is not simply the ability to wait – it’s how we behave while we’re waiting. ~Joyce Meyer
