From Letting Go to Self-Preservation
Waking up to a crisp cool morning is one of the best feelings to have. Fall is my favorite time of year. I find myself going to bed earlier than usual when the darkened skies fill the night. Throughout the day, I practice mindfulness. Noticing the changes around me: definitely the cooler weather and different clothes to wear, the colors of the leaves, pumpkins, hot chocolate, blankets, a good book, and fire brings me comfort.
