Waking up to a crisp cool morning is one of the best feelings to have. Fall is my favorite time of year. I find myself going to bed earlier than usual when the darkened skies fill the night. Throughout the day, I practice mindfulness. Noticing the changes around me: definitely the cooler weather and different clothes to wear, the colors of the leaves, pumpkins, hot chocolate, blankets, a good book, and fire brings me comfort.
Have you taken in a moment to enjoy the season changes? What changes do you see? Reflect on how these changes enhance your life or sadden you. Practicing embracing each moment and feel the calmness within!
