DBT Family Skills Training
6-week Program – Each session provides friends, family members or partners with the skills to better cope and learn t0 support their loved one. The sessions will introduce YOU to skills that can help break the negative emotional patterns that prompts criticism, self-blame, or defensiveness. The Family Skills Training will provide family members and friends with the skills to effectively support and validate themselves and their loved one.
