Metro Mobility is a shared public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition Rides are provided for any purpose.

Minnesota Non-Emergency Transportation (MNET), operated by MTM, arranges transportation for fee for service Medicaid members in the Metro Twin City area through a contract with the Metro County Consortium (MCC). MNET provides members with direct access to their medical appointments at clinics and urgent care facilities in lieu of using costly emergency room services. This metro program is supported by the eight counties served in partnership with MNET. Our goal is to provide appropriate, cost effective, and safe transportation to members at all times.

To schedule, cancel, or change transportation: please call 866 467 1724 with at least three days’ notice. transportation Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm. After-hours services also provided for hospital discharges and life-sustaining appointments.

Insurance Companies sometimes provide transportation for medical appointments. For example, Medica does for Medicaid recipients, check with your insurance provider to see if you have transportation benefits.
